Current Electronic Clubhouse Calendar – January to April 2025
The January Clubhouse Social, scheduled to begin at 4:30 p.m. on January 18, will be hosted by Marina and Brad Freiheit, Diane Helser and Gary Hoffman. It will be a “chili themed event.” Bring a supporting dish to pass and be prepared for a fun beginning for the 2025 Viewpoint Social Season.
The Viewpoint HOA Annual Meeting will be on Tuesday, January 28th at 6:00 p.m. at the Clubhouse.

Volunteer Positions Urgently Needed (please consider)
Volunteers to fill 2 positions on the Board which requires approximately 1 hour/month during the winter months. Please contribute to helping Viewpoint being a great place to live.
Volunteers to be on the new Audit Committee consisting of 2 – 4 people who would review the Treasurer’s checkbook vs. invoices and making sure bills are paid promptly. Since there are only a few checks written each month, it will only take a few minutes to review. This is an independent audit which will save us thousands of dollars rather than having the audit done by a CPA.
Volunteers to be on the Block Captain Committee whose duties would be to welcome new residents to their block, ensure they have the CC&R’s, Bylaws and Rules and to distribute informational packets once a year. Please contact Block Chairperson Ada Davidson at 812-736-2623 for more details.
A volunteer to be the Chairperson of the Social Activities Committee which could consist of 2 – 4 additional volunteers. The Chairperson would post the pot luck sign-up sheet in the clubhouse and make sure it gets on our website. The additional volunteers would be responsible for scheduling the yearly garage sale, ensuring the clubhouse is properly stocked with service items, and oversee the clubhouse reservation system.
