Dear Viewpoint Neighbors,
First, we would like to thank all of our neighbors who consistently maintain their yards. We also want to thank those who took action after receiving our previous notifications. Your diligence is much appreciated and makes a big difference in the overall appearance of Viewpoint!
Sadly, however, there are still a number of yards that need immediate attention. If your yard has weeds and/or overgrown trees and shrubs, please make arrangements to rectify. Note: Sidewalks must be not be obstructed.
If you need assistance with landscape services, please contact us. We will be happy to make recommendations.
